To make a registration appointment for our Saturday clinics (at the Lestonnac Free Clinic), call (714) 633-4600 on Weekdays and Saturdays from 8:30am to 5pm.

At the UC Irvine Outreach Clinics, we welcome those who do not qualify for county- or government-sponsored programs such as MSI or MediCal and cannot afford private insurance. Our goal is to provide free high-quality health care to the underserved and uninsured populations in Orange County.

How to register

Registering for our clinic at the VOH is a two-step process. Because the UC Irvine Outreach Clinic is specifically for those patients who do not qualify for MediCal or MSI, we request that you first register with the Lestonnac Free Clinic to determine whether you’re eligible for an appointment. The Lestonnac Free Clinic requires patients to come to the clinic to fill out the registration packet, at which time an eligibility worker will determine whether or not they qualify for any of the above government-sponsored programs.

If you do qualify for MediCal or MSI, you can be seen at any community clinic that accepts MediCal or MSI and can, in fact, directly make an appointment with the Lestonnac Free Clinic. If the patient does not qualify for these programs, he or she will be scheduled for an appointment during our Saturday clinic.

Transportation via OCTA

If you can’t afford the bus fare to and from the clinic site, you may be eligible for a free OCTA 1-day bus pass. Contact us for a free bus pass.
